Natalie is our front desk receptionist and is usually the first voice you hear when calling the office. Natalie brings over 10 years of administrative and event coordination experience to NCH, having held roles in the real estate, beauty salon & supply distribution and business seminar sectors.
She also worked as a virtual assistant for several entrepreneurs handling multiple start-ups, managing tradeshow events and coordinating extensive international travel arrangements and seminars to such destinations as Aruba, Aspen, London, Puerto Rico, Cancun and Mexico.
Natalie was responsible for booking travel, securing event space, coordinating food and beverage, creating marketing pieces and producing detailed itineraries for up to 400 attendees.
As the executive assistant to the CEO and VP of a beauty salon and supply distributor, she maintained master and personal calendars, arranged meetings, wrote content for website and social media, acted as liaison between beauty publications and the marketing department, coordinated trade show budget proposals, event layouts, product displays and event logistics.
Natalie attended Citrus College in Azusa as well as Fullerton College.
Natalie is the mother of 3 boys and lives in Brea.
