Diana (Dee) Cortez
Office Coordinator
"Dee" is the all around "go-to" person in the front office. She handles all office coordination matters and works closely with the other Admin Team members to keep operations moving smoothly. Dee’s previous experience as a Tax Administrator in a Bay Area CPA firm support her responsibilities in database management, e-file coordination with the Tax Team, client document management and internal workflows. She also handles credit card processing, billing & collections, engagement letters and client inquiries. Prior to her time at the tax firm, Dee was a program supervisor for a tutoring firm where she administered the services of 20 tutors to over 300 students.
Dee holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Human Resources and is fluent in Spanish. Diana resides in Whitter with her husband, toddler son and mini-dachshund, Dexter.
