Ken Blake

KENNETH BLAKE, CPA, EA

Kenneth Blake has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1976, after having served five years as a Finance Officer for the Air Force. Before merging with NCH, Ken ran his own accounting firm in Brea for over 30 years. Ken specializes in individual income tax preparation and property management software consulting services. Ken received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and his Master's degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University. Ken's accounting knowledge and expertise in software selection has allowed him to help clients set up their accounting systems, solving both software and accounting issues.

Betty Ludeke

BETTY LUDEKE, CPA

A CPA since 2008, Betty continues to assist our wealth advisors on client tax and business accounting needs. A former partner of Clarida & Ludeke, Betty joined NCH following the merger with NCH Tax & Wealth Advisors and is a familiar face to all the returning clients.

Jean Kwon

JEAN KWON, CPA

As a member of the Tax Team, Jean's focus is on business tax returns and providing support to her fellow CPA's. Jean holds a BS degree in Human Ecology and a minor in Business Administration from Sookmyung Women's University in Seoul. Being a Korean American and having lived in both the United States and Korea, not only is she able to speak both languages fluently, she fully understands the cultures of both countries. Jean also holds a California Life and Health Insurance License.

Paul Apodaca

PAUL APODACA, Enrolled Agent, Tax & Wealth Advisor

As a federally licensed tax practitioner, Paul specializes in taxation and has unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Paul stands ready to meet your needs in the upcoming tax season. Paul graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Accounting.Paul holds the following licenses: Series 7, Series 66 and California Life and Health Insurance.

Sam Osborne

SAM OSBORNE, Enrolled Agent, Tax & Wealth Advisor

Also an Enrolled Agent, Sam will be on hand to round out the CPA support Staff. Utilizing experienced tax preparers can take the stress out of the preparation and filing. Her mission is to provide a strong foundation of systems and client-service policies to every aspect of our firm.

Rashi Vora

RASHI VORA, Financial Planning Operations Manager

Managing the day to day operations and compliance in the Financial Planning Department really leverages Rashi's inherent skill of doing things right and doing things well. Rashi has strong experience in assisting wealth advisors and financial planning professionals with developing client plans and presentations. Her solid experience in the banking industry as an investment relationship manager and as a financial planning associate provides the foundation for her position with NCH. Rashi was instrumental in introducing "needs based planning" for a notable firm in Bombay. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Mithibai College of Commerce and a Masters of Management Studies with a specialization in Finance from Mumbai University. Rashi holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations and California life and health insurance licenses.

Robin Rubachko

ROBIN RUBACHKO, AIF, CDFA, Financial Planning Associate

Robin specializes in providing operations support to develop comprehensive plans that address investment, retirement, estate and business strategies as well as life, health and disability insurance programs. She is also responsible for facilitating client investment activities and working as a liaison with the NCH wealth advisors on client matters. Robin graduated magna cum laude from New York University. She has maintained a commitment to continuing education in the areas of financial planning, tax laws and advanced strategies earning the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designations, as well as the Series 7 and 66 securities registrations.

Jeanette Readinger

JEANETTE READINGER, Senior Staff Accountant - Team Lead

Jeanette brings over 20 years of bookkeeping knowledge having worked for CPA firms and corporations here in Orange County prior to joining NCH. She has experience with full cycle QuickBooks, has worked on Great Plains, CSA and Peachtree, and was involved in a major software migration to a Sage platform. Jeanette also has familiarity with tax return preparation for C-corps, S-corps, LLP's and individual return.

Donna Neuman

DONNA NEUMAN, Senior Staff Accountant

As our Senior Staff Accountant, Donna has been responsible for on-boarding new clients, implementing new technologies and directing client accounting departments. She is a QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor, a QuickBooks Online Certified Pro Advisor, an Enterprise Solutions Certified Pro Advisor and a Point of Sale Certified Pro Advisor. Donna's decade-plus of experience specifically with multi-owner/multi-location restaurants and franchisee accounting processes and procedures makes her a perfect fit for the major chain restaurants we count among our valued clients.

Anita Morris

ANITA MORRIS, Senior Staff Accountant

Having been a full charge bookkeeper for many years, Anita provides good full cycle bookkeeping skills. She also has experience migrating financial data from platform to platform, handling day-to-day transactional items, performing accounts payable functions and banking matters and producing financial reports and analyses. Anita holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Accounting & Finance from Westwood College.

Sarah Virgil

SARAH VIRGIL, Accounting Assistant

Sarah began her tenure with NCH as an accounting intern but has quickly moved into a position of "go to" person for accounts payable, accounts receivable and varying account reconciliations. She is responsible for completing sales tax returns, financial statements and 1099 forms for various client accounts. Sarah is also a tireless advocate for our clients by monitoring discount opportunities when processing their payables, resolving payment discrepancies and ensuring credit memos are received when due. She performs numerous checks and balances to ensure posting accuracy in all the client work which she's been assigned.

Maryann Buster

MARYANN BUSTER, Staff Accountant

Maryann has a strong accounting background having provided bookkeeping services to small businesses in Orange County for the last several years. She has managed accounts for approximately 25 clients including AR/AP, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll and tax document preparation. Maryann also holds a degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Paralegalism.

Suzy Geli

SUZI GELI, Administrative Staff

Suzy runs the tax assembly processes for the firm and provides all around support to staff. Her experience in tax preparation and management brings depth to the Admin Department. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health science/biology from Loma Linda University. Suzy's experience in working with Ken Blake for several years before joining NCH really rounds out the talent on the admin team.

Nikki Osborne

NIKKI OSBORNE, Office Coordinator

Nikki's strong background in customer service and great interpersonal skills fit in quite well with the client experience that we consistently deliver at NCH. Her main focus is to interact directly with our clients either by telephone, electronically or face-to-face to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests. Nikki on-boards new clients, provides support to the CPA's and staff at NCH and handles client related accounting matters. She is a California Notary Public, a QuickBooks Desktop Certified Pro Advisor, a QuickBooks Online Certified Pro Advisor, an Enterprise Solutions Certified Pro Advisor, and a Point of Sale Certified Pro Advisor. Nikki also holds a degree from Madison College in Early Childhood Development.

Diana McElroy

DIANA MCELROY, Administrative Staff

Diana is responsible for answering phones, assisting in tax assembly and providing administrative support for the staff at NCH. Diana's experience of working with Ken Blake for over 10 years prior to joining NCH lends continuity and strength to the admin team.

Marissa Harris

MARISSA HARRIS, Administrative Staff

Marissa's strong client services skill, positive attitude and warm, genuine demeanor make her a wonderful choice for NCH's Reception Desk. She brings good organizational and time management skills with her after holding operations and key holder positions for organizations such as Sephora and Hot Topic. Marissa earned an AA degree with honors in Theatre Arts from Fullerton College and her certification in Digital Effects and diploma in the Master Make-Up Program was earned at the Los Angeles Cinema Make-up School. She went on to positions with Sony Pictures as a production assistant. Marissa also has strong budget awareness and planning experience as a partner in a small business.
